- occupied by Mrs. Heathcote

GV II

Pair of houses. Early to mid-C19. Red brick; slate roof; brick
ridge stacks. 2 storeys with eaves band; 4 windows, glazing bar
sashes with bracketed hoods, bow window to ground floor right of centre;
central alley opening leading to door of Batkin House, 6-panelled door
to centre of right hand house (occupied by Mrs. Heathcote) with
rectangular overlight and bracketed hood. A well preserved example
of this period with good group value.
