south of Blithfield Hall

GV II

Bridge, gate piers, walls and ha-ha. Early to mid-C19. Dressed stone
gate piers and bridge, red brick walls and ha-ha with ashlar coping.
Bridge with single 4-centred arch and parapets leads to outer courtyard
entrance flanked by square section gate piers,approximately 5 yard
lengths of crenellated and buttressed wall to left and right of gate
piers, that to the left continued as a ha-ha for approximately 50 yards.
