House. C17 with later alterations and additions. Timber framed with brick additions; plain tile roof; brick integral end stacks. Two framed bays and lobby-entry plan.

North east elevation: two storeys and gable-lit attic, four square panels to eaves; two windows with additional central stair window at mid height, casements. Lower two-storey extension to right with lean-to incorporating a door. South east gable has small attic window to right, casements to ground floor and first floor left with parallel diagonal braces between the two; moulded brackets to attic bresummer and C19 king-post truss.

South west elevation: C20 door to left, ground and first floor to left of centre.

Interior: hall to north west has inglenook fireplace with ovolo-moulded bresummer to north west, straight staircase to north east, and wall panelling; small parlour to south east; both rooms have ovolo-moulded ceiling beams.
