Farmhouse. Late C16 core and later alterations. Coursed gritstone, block dressings, blue machine tile roof, verge parapets. Stone end stacks and stack to left of-centre. Two storey, three window front, entrance to right of centre; block dressed C20 top-hung casements formerly two-light mullioned windows, C20 boarded door.

Interior: one (possibly two) cruck frames. Truss visible to right of entrance. Straight blades with feet approximately 1m above ground level. Apex not visible.

C20 decorations and alterations prevent full plan analysis: possibly a three-bay house with single bay central open hall entered to south-east and heated to west end.
