House. Dated 1774. Ashlar fronted with rusticated quoins; blue machine
tile and stone slate roof; end stacks. Three-storey, three-window front;
paired central entrances; modillioned moulded eaves cornice; glazing bar
sashes in raised surrounds; moulded surround to right hand boarded door
(formerly a window) and moulded and quoined surround to left hand, enlarged
key and grounds, inscribed "W A 1774", 6-panelled door part-glazed.
