- Coach House 25m south
of the Old Rectory

GV II

Former coach house, converted. Circa 1852; by William Butterfield,
with C20 alterations and additions. Coursed and squared stonework;
steeply pitched tile roof; in late medieval French chateau style.
Single-storey, plain flanking walls of approximately 10m frontage to
Rectory (q.v.); central stair turret with steeply pitched conical roof
linked back to main ridge and eaves set above remainder with lattice
window to right at this level. Rebuilt C20 rear of two storeys
and attached wing; large casements.
