House, part of range of three dwellings. Early C19. coursed limestone rabble.; clay tile roof with coped verges on kneelers, ashlar end stack to left. Two storeys and attic; two windows, two light glazing bar casements, those to left with chisel dressed ashlar surrounds. Recessed central glazed door with ashlar surround and flat hood. Forms a group with Riverdales and The Heritage (q.v.) and Rest Cottage (q.v.).
