Farmhouse. Probably C16 or C17 in origin with later remodelling and
additions. Coursed limestone rubble; clay tile roof; brick ridge
stacks. T-shape plan originally, consisting of 2 bay hall range and 2
bay parlour wing; the hall range was extended towards the East and a
rear extension built probably in the C19. 2 storeys; 1:3 windows;
gabled crosswing to left; casements, some retain flat faced mullions;
those to crosswing have flat dripstones; half-glazed door to right with
flat lintel. Interior: Wooden screen opposite entrance; raised
cruck truss springing from immediately below first floor level. Colum
