Farmhouse. C17 with late C19 alterations and additions. Timber frame
(now part-rendered) on sandstone plinth; banded tile roof; crested
ridge tiles; ridge stack of 4 circular shafts set to left of centre
over entrance and C20 end stack to right. Single storey and attic;
3-window front; 2- and 3-light casements; large timber framed (with
diagonal bracing) gabled dormers with barge boards and pronounced
finials; similar gabled porch set to left of centre; C19 part-glazed
door. End gable walls in C17 timberwork with heavy and closely-set
diagonal bracing; large corbel brackets to canted gables which are
rendered.
