Walls to garden and drive, south and east of Whitehough

Garden walls. Dated 1719 with late C18 additions. Coursed dressed and
squared stone. Walls run from gazebo (q.v.) to west to beyond large
barn (q.v.) to east. Approximately 25m centre and southernmost section,
late C18; walls ramped up to rusticated piers set at central opening
and at angles; outer piers have ball finials, inner have urns; east
return stepped up slope and with pitched coping to east section which
starts against house (q.v.) and contains what appears to be a fireplace;
rounded copings to eastern part and opening towards east end dated on
lintel to north side and inscribed: "17 R M 19".
