Barn, now workshop. Possibly C17 core with substantial early C19
rebuilding, altered C20. Coursed dressed and squared red sandstone;
tiled roof on eaves band; verge parapets; brick end stack to right.
Single-storey plan with small addition to form an L. Front has 2 small
casement windows either side of a central heavy lintel over boarded
door, segmental-arch cart entry to right and C20 double-door entrance
to left against low gabled addition. Faces Belmont Hall (q.v.) across
carriage yard. Included for group value.
