- 20m east of Hay
Outhouse, possibly built to accommodate farmworkers. Late C17 with
minor late C19 alterations, now derelict. Coursed dressed and squared
stone; raised band at first-floor level. Tiled roof (mostly collapsed);
verge parapets and cyma recta eaves band. Originally nearly symmetrical
2-storey and gable-lit attic, 2-window front with 3-light chamfered
mullioned windows, one now collapsed and ground-floor right part-
replaced by a door; original entrance set marginally left of centre.
