Farmhouse. C17 with mid-C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed dressed
squared red sandstone of ashlar quality; tiled roof; verge parapet
with pitched copings; brick end stacks and ridge stack above entrance.
L-shaped plan. 2-storey and gable-lit attic, 3-window front; C20
casements in C17 chamfered reveals, formerly mullioned (removed c.1980);
gable over left-hand end with small attic window; further small light
to right of centre set over entrance which has a boarded door. Right
gable has (coronet and cathedral) firemark, gable to rear has circular
twin-shafted stack.
