Milepost. Possibly early C20. Cast iron. Triangular plan, inclined head set approximately 500mm above ground inscribed "CELLARHEAD". Left face inscribed "BUCKNALL 3¾ / HANLEY 5/ STOKE 6 / LEEK6½ / NEWCASTLE 7½", right side: "FROGHALL 4½ / CHEADLE 4¾ / ASHBOURNE 16½".
