Milepost. Probably early C20. Cast iron. Triangular plan, inclined head set 600mm above ground level and inscribed 'CONSALL'. Left hand face inscribed HANLEY 6/LEEK 6¾/STOKE 7/NEWCASTLE 8½". On right "FROGHALL 3½/ CHEADLE 3¾/ASHBOURNE 15¼/STAFFORD 20¾".
