9/141 Goldhurst Farmhouse

Farmhouse. C17 remains to late C18 structure with minor mid C19 alterations
and C20 additions. Red brick, tiled roof on dentilled eaves course, stone
coped verge parapets; end stack to right. Three storey, five-window
front; composition to right of 3 windows; 3-, 2-, 3-light casements
over tripartite sashes with segmental heads; central entrance has mid C19
gabled single-storey porch with round arch and boarded door set on face of
main building; further two windows to left of composition; casements, now
largely C20. The left gable (mostly obscured by circa 1984 addition)
has large blocks of coursed sandstone to two storeys below raised eaves
with blind, labelled 2-light chamfered mullioned window to former attic
over what may have been a similar 3-light window, partly obscured by
extension.
