SJ 94 NE DILHORNE C.P. TICKHILL LANE (west side)

of Summerhill Farmhouse
II

Barn. Late C17 or early C18 with mid C19 alterations. Coursed, roughly
dressed and squared stone of characteristic C17 type; tiled roof set on
chamfered eaves band. Two-level plan of hay loft over cow sheds. Hay loft
door set to left over two boarded doors both to left of centre and small
opening (formerly with casement) to right. Lower addition to left end
and mid C19 small pane casement set in right gable. Summerhill Farmhouse
is not included in this list.
