Cottage approximately 20 yards south-west of The Nook.

House. C18. Coursed and squared rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings;
plain tile roof; rubble integral end stacks. Aligned east-west facing
south with extension to the west. 2 storeys; 2 bays, 2-light flat-face
mullioned windows, inserted casement to the left, all windows have false
external shutters; central door with lean-to porch. Single-storey,
single-bay extension to the left with segmental headed casement and
false shutters.
