Farmhouse and attached byre and barn. Mid-C18. Coursed stone with
dressed quoins; blue machine tile roof; verge parapets on shaped
kneelers; corniced ridge stacks. Field front: 2-storey, long
(approximately 35m) front of 3 windows to ground floor, in 2 roughly
central ranges of 3-light block surround casements (block mullioned to
lower right); top-hung casement widely spaced to right. Later byre
and hay loft,butt jointed to left with loft door to far left and boarded
field door to centre with 2 vents to right and one to left. The right-
hand bay has stone steps up to the first floor on the gable end and is
unconnected internally. Massive lintel to door to house-place on yard
side.
