Farmhouse. Early to mid-C19 with minor C20 alterations. Red sandstone,
narrow-coursed ashlar front, rusticated quoins and dressings; coursed
stone to rear elevations; tiled roof; verge parapets and eaves cornice;
dentil cornice, twin octagonal-shaft, ashlar end-stacks. Symmetrical,
2-storey (and gable-lit attic), 3-window front; glazing bar sashes with
rusticated surround and voussoirs, centre window arched with struck
voussoirs; raised string at first floor cill level; central entrance:
C20 door with overlight and fluted, cornice hood on scroll brackets.
Round-arch stair window at rear.
