Barn. Late C18 with mid-C19 and C20 additions. Coursed stone; stone
slate roof (to upper end) and blue machine tile roofs. Two levels, of
hay loft over byre; in 3 parts, stepped down incline to west; C18
upper range of 2 hay loft doors over 2 casement windows with concrete
lintels to ground floor, boarded doors to the right of each window, one
with heavy stone lintel to extreme right; slight step down to centre
range: one hay loft door offset to left and dated WH on lintel
over boarded door with concrete lintel top-hung 1867 casements
to left and right of door staggered on line of gradient; C20 lower
range to right of single storey and sliding, boarded double door. Stone
steps to hay loft set on left gable.
