Club rooms. Early C19. 3 storeys, 3 windows, gable front.
Stuccoed walls. Concrete tiled roof. Sash windows with
segmental-arched heads and small-pane sashes (replacement large-
pane sashes at 2nd floor); staircase window above entrance has
semi-circular head with radial glazing bars. Off-centre entrance
door with 5 panels, the central panel of diamond shape; flanking
inward-canted fluted pilasters recessed within a broad frame and
flat cantilevered canopy. An original staircase with turned
balusters.
