Two houses, formerly one. Mid C18 with early C19 and mid C20
alterations. 2 storeys and attics, 4 windows. Gault brick with
brick string course and dentil eaves. Plaintiled roof with flat
lead-roofed casement dormers and C20 front chimney of gault
brick. Sash windows with flat arches of gault brick, flush frames
and small-pane sashes (most frames and sashes replaced C20).
Evidence for a central C18 doorway with pediment; now replaced by
sash window. A full-height splayed bay with sash windows added
early C19 to left-hand end. C20 2-storey flat-roofed entrance
porch of gault brick with semi-circular headed glazed 2-panel
entrance door.
