TL 76 SW DALHAM DUNSTALL GREEN ROAD

Cottage. Early C19. Render over timber frame on brick plinth; gabled thatch
roof; brick left end stack. 2-unit plan. One storey; 2-window range. One-light
and two-light casements with glazing bars flank C20 glazed door. C19 outshut to
right with pantile roof. Interior: main room to left has plank door to winder
staircase adjoining open fireplace with brick jambs and plain wood bressummer, and
chamfered beam; clasped-purlin roof. A rare example of a small early Cl9 cottage.
