House. C16 with alterations of mid C20. 2 cell end-chimney plan. I storey
and attics. Timber-framed and plastered. Half-hipped thatched roof with C19
external chimneys of red brick. C20 small-pane casements and boarded entrance
door. Typical C16 framing giving evidence for a large internal chimney at
right hand end, heating the hall; removed probably in C19. Arch-braced close
