Pair of cottages. Formerly house of 3-cell plan. C17 or C18 with alterations
of early C19, 1 storey with attics. Timber-framed and plastered, the front
elevation encased C19 in painted brick. Thatched roof with eyebrow casement
dormers. Central chimney of red brick. C19 2-light windows with hinged
boarded external shutters. No.52 has an early C19 6-panelled entrance door.
