Surgery, mid C19. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Red brick walling. Hipped slated
roof with rear chimneys of gault brick. Sash windows with painted stone
surrounds; sashes with side-lights at upper floors, those at ground floor
replaced C20 with fixed glazing. Recessed entrance doorway with segmental-
arched stone-framed opening; broad segmental fanlight with radial glazing bars
and flanking Tuscan columns, 4-panelled door with sidelights. Included for
group value.
