Two shops, with dwelling above and to rear. Early C18 with possible earlier
core, and C19 alterations. Timber-framed and rendered to left, gault brick
with parapet gable to right having strings of red brick at 1st and 2nd floors.
Plaintiled roofs with moulded wooden fascia, and hipped cross-wing to left;
gabled dormers with horizontally sliding small-pane casements. Late C18 or
early C19 small-pane casements at 1st floor. Late C19 shop fronts; slender
iron columns with arched heads having enriched spandrels. Glazed panelled
entrance doors. A C18 wing to rear was encased in gault brick in 1890 (carved
date).
