House and surgery, late C18. 2 storeys and attics. Painted gault brick; the
upper and end walls timber-framed and rendered. Concrete plaintiled roof with
segmental-headed casement dormers and axial chimneys of gault brick. At first
floor level are 2- and 3-light C18 windows with iron casements, at ground floor
a pair of splayed bay windows, c.1900, with sashes and hipped roofs. Good C18
entrance doorway with Doric columns and entablature; a broken pediment with
enriched soffit, 6-panelled door and semi-circular fanlight. The right-hand
cell was added c.1900.
