House, possibly C17, but refronted in C19 in Suffolk brick, and possibly
heightened to 3 storeys. Slate roof. 3 window range, sash with glazing
bars. Ground floor has small double bowed shop front with central entrance
and fluted half columns and passage way, west end. House and shop. Included
for Group Value.

West House and Nos 60 to 64 (consec) form a group.
All the listed buildings on the North - West Side, The King's Head PH
and The Transport Cafe, Bulmer Road form a group.
