Mid C19 gault brick with some red brick dressings, roof of slates. Built
to house workers in the silk weaving trade. Centre block of 3 storeys.
(63-68). Ground floor windows, sash with glazing bars, 1st floor with characteristic
wide window openings of 3 lights (for the workrooms). 3rd storey with 2-
light casements. End blocks with double hung sashes with glazing bars.
