Probably C17 in origin but a great deal altered C18 and later. 2 storeys
and attics, timber-framed and plastered, roofs tiled. Front has parapet
above cornice, upper storey projects over early C19 double shop front, altered.
3 window range, sashes now with centre glazing bars only, upper storey.
Separate entrance with 6-panel door. Interior had remains of painting on
wall circa 1610 now removed disclosing arched doorhead.
