Possibly C17. 2 store and attics, timber framed and plastered, roofs
tiled. Late Cl8 red brick front with parapet. Modillion cornice.
4 window range, sash, ground floor modern shop. Large modern dormers
and part of roof rebuilt. House and shop.

Nos 1 to 6 (consec) and 8 to 22 (consec), Black Boy Hotel, and the Town
Hall form a group.
