Probably C18 refronted late C19, yellow brick 2 storeys, roofs tiled,
2 large square-headed dormers. 3 window range, sash, with stucco cases.
Wide eaves with grouped brackets. Lead rainwater head and fall. House
and continuous painted wood or stucco ground floor front to shop with
central double doors.

All the listed buildings in Market Hill (South Side) form a group.
