C18 with alterations, 2 storey 3 windows, stucco, lined and painted,
brick toothed eaves band, slate roof. Flush frame sash windows, now
centre glazing bars only. Cl9 wood shop front, ground floor with central
entrance and sunk panelled pilasters. Separate entrance, north, with
modern door. Included for Group Value.
