roofs tiled. Upper storey projects with exposed timbers. Ground floor,
stucco, lined and painted, flush frame sash window, now centre bars
only, entrance with wood case (No 4o), and small shop (restaurant) with
wood case. 1st floor 3 window range C18/C19 sashes.

Nos 38 to 42 (consec) and No 44 form a group.
