Nos 16 and 18

A C15-C16 timber-framed and plastered building now one tenement. It
stands at right angles to the street. The south part of the west front
has exposed timber-framing and the north end is weatherboarded. Two
storeys and attics. The windows are partly double-hung sashes with glazing
bars and partly casements. The north part has a 6-panel door with the
upper panels glazed. Roof tiled, with an original chimney stack at the
north end with the stumps of 4 octagonal shafts on a square base. A
modern addition is built on the east side, with a lean-to roof.
