A yellow brick building with a parapet. Two storeys. Two window range
of double-hung sashes with glazing bars and semi-circular heads with
"Gothic" arched glazing in the upper panes. A 5-panel door with semi-circular
fanlight with "Gothic" arched glazing. The windows and doors are set
in slightly recessed panels with semi-circular arches and plaster bands
beneath the arches inscribed "Built 1839 Victoria Cottage".
