An early C19 red brick building of similar date to the United Reformed
Church immediately to the south-east, circa 1823. Two storeys. Three
window range on the front of double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in
stuccoed reveals. A central 6-panel door has a stucco doorcase and cornice.
Roof slate, double pitched, with end chimney stacks.
