A timber-framed and plastered building with a cross wing at the north-west
end. Originally a medieval hall house with a floor inserted in the
C16-C17. One storey and attics with a 2 storeyed cross wing which is
jettied on the upper storey. Roof tiled on the cross wing and thatched
on the main block. Modern casement windows. The interior has exposed
timber-framing and there is a stop splayed joint with undercut butts
to the wall plate which could date from the C14 or earlier. A single
storeyed thatched outbuilding extends at the south-east end.
