A late C19 red brick building with end pilasters and a raised band between
the storeys, with a panel with the initials H.W.B. and the date 1875.
Roof pantiled. Two storeys. Two window range of double-hung sashes
with glazing bars, in plain reveals, with stuccoed flat arches to the
ground storey windows. Four-panel doors. Included for group value.
