A C16 timber-framed and plastered building with all the timber-framing
exposed on the front. Roof tiled with a ridge chimney stack with 2 square
shafts set diagonally. Two storeys. The upper storey is jettied on
exposed joists. One window range of small original mullioned windows
(restored), with leaded lights and 2 window range of double-hung sashes
with glazing bars. A 4-panel door is approached by steps. Graded for
its value as part of a street group comprising Nos 85 to 91 (consec).
