An early C19 brick building with a stuccoed front. Built 1827. Roof
slate, hipped. The centre part projects as a tetrastyle vestibule with
plain pilasters, frieze and pediment. There is a central semi-circular
headed window with glazing bars. To the north of the vestibule there
is a small porch with semi-circular arches and to the south a matching
open arch. The north and south sides are brick (painted) with 3 window
range of semi-circular headed windows with glazing bars and a raised
impost band.
