A mid C19 red brick building with white brick dressings and a tiled roof.
No 10 is now faced in stucco. Two storeys. Three window range of double-hung
sashes with glazing bars and segmental arched heads. Two chimney stacks
(one ridge and one end stack at the south end). Included for group value.
