A C16-C17 timber-framed and plastered building refaced on the front
in C19 gault brick and altered. There is a cross wing at the south
end and an addition at the north end with a gable on the front. Roof
tiled. Part 2 storeys and part one storey and attics. Four window
range of double-hung sashes with single vertical glazing bars. A gabled
porch with a tiled roof projects on the front. Formerly had a panel
with the initials J G M and the date 1695. Two ridge chimney stacks,
one with sawtooth shafting and the other with 3 square shafts set diagonally
(rebuilt). Two gabled dormers.
