A C15-C16 timber-framed building with exposed timber-framing and brick
nogging. Roof tiled. Restored. Two storeys. The upper storey is
jettied on the north front with the remains of shafts and capitals and
exposed joists. The south front was also probably jettied similarly
but is built out on the ground storey in red brick. Casement windows.
There are some original windows (restored) and an original doorway with
a carved head. The interior has exposed timber-framing, ceiling beans
and joists also a straight staircase with quartered log risers and
treads, probably original.
