Listing Text

The Old House
TM 04 NW 38/849
Originally a mediaeval hall house, probably C15 with a floor inserted
in the C16-C17. The cross passage with an arched doorway remains inside.
Roof tiled. Two storeys. Casement windows. There are some blocked
original windows. The interior has exposed timber-framing, ceiling
beams and joists and there is a crown post roof.
