Valley House
- II
House. Early-mid C19. White brick. Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays with
recessed rnage to left. Flight of steps to central entrance with Doric porch.
Large 12-pane sashes in reveals with sills under flat brick arches. Overhanging
hipped roof with corniced end stacks and glazed central lantern. Built as mill
owner's house. Interior said to have been remodelled after a fire of early C20
but not inspected.
