The Old Post Office
(formerly listed as Post
26.1.67 Office)
House. Probably C17 with later alterations. Timber-framed, rendered. Red brick
stack. Plain tile roof. Two storeys, 3-cell plan. Added single-storey projection
under pent roof to left of front contains door and shop window. Further plank door
adjoining. C20 3-light casements to each floor and a single leaded light to first
floor against stack. Steeply-pitched swept roof, off-centre stack. Ends of wall
plates and collar visible to left gable wall. Interior not inspected.
