Cottage. C18 with later alterations. Painted brick. Pantile roof. 3-cell lobby-
entry plan with range to rear forming T-shape. Single storey and attic. Half-glazed
C20 door in segment-arched surround flanked by casements, that to right under
segmental arch, flat arch to left. C20 casement under soldier arch to far left.
Two flat dormers with small-paned casements. Off-centre ridge stack. Interior:
chamfered beam with ogee stops.
